Thomas S. Lee, NMD, APH
Dr. Thomas S. Lee is an innovative naturopathic physician. After fortuitous meetings with remarkable physicians and healers amidst his own health challenges, he found naturopathic medicine to combine the best of the old and modern medical knowledge. It merges ancient natural medicines and folk techniques with modern scientific technologies.
The elder physicians and early patients Dr. Lee met inspired his passion for the possibilities of transformational medicine. He has gone on to be a featured medical commentator in Arizona television and radio programming, receiving the Physician of the Year Award from the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association in the mid 1990’s.
Dr. Lee was a president and officer the Arizona Naturopathic Medical Association through the 1990’s. Since 1986 he has been licensed in Washington, Arizona or Nevada. His award-winning website, naturodoc.com, has provided natural health products and information since 1999. The Advanced Practitioner of Homeopathy (APH) certificate was awarded to him by the Nevada State Board of Homeopathic Medical Examiners in 2006
In recent years Dr. Lee has come to specialize in the degenerative diseases affecting so many adults today. Using a fusion of natural medicines and therapies, and helping to manage pharmaceutical use, he steps in as either a primary physician or consulting team member.
Dr. Lee has developed a deep respect for diverse medical systems and philosophies of providers throughout the world. Extensive world travels in Europe and the Americas have inspired his medical practice. It is clear that effective treatments of today’s most serious medical challenges will require intelligent political, social and economic solutions. Naturopathic medicines and technologies, known in regional names, do bridge cultural and economic boundaries the world over.
